Landmark Inn
Bed & Breakfast

ESTABLISHED 1996

The original Landmark Inn, located in Vernal, Utah, was the dream of two brothers from North Carolina, Stephen and Harold Henderson. The building was the former home of the Landmark Missionary Baptist Church and was completely renovated into a charming Country Inn.

The Landmark Inn had 12 individually decorated rooms; eight standard rooms, three honeymoon suites and one upscale apartment.

All rooms were uniquely themed and Honeymoon suites featured a large jetted tub, gas fireplace, and sparkling cider on ice. The kitchen, dining room, and lobby were for the guests' use. The Landmark Inn was considered to be "Vernal's Finest Lodging" for many years. This property was sold in 2014.

Landmark Inn
& Suites

Established 2008

Construction for The Landmark Inn & Suites began in January 2008 and opened in August 2008. There were 36 rooms including three double queen suites with full kitchens. All single king and double queen rooms had a kitchenette including a refrigerator/freezer and a microwave. Our complimentary hot breakfast buffet began the breakfast standard for each of our properties including farm-fresh eggs, ceramic dish-ware, rolled cutlery, and cloth napkins. This property was sold in 2014.

Best Western Plus Landmark Hotel

Established 2011

In late 2008, a decision to expand further was made. On December 1st, 2011, ground was broken for the Best Western Plus Landmark Hotel in Ballard, Utah. Wanting to venture further into mainstream lodging, it was decided to flag this location as a Best Western Plus. This offered more opportunities for growth and the ability to learn how to improve our product and service. There are 96 rooms including many designed for long-term guests. We also welcomed the addition of a pool and spa at this property.  The Best Western Plus Landmark Hotel opened in January 2013. This property has been a multi-award winner from Best Western, and has maintained it's position as #1 on TripAdvisor since opening.

Best Western Plus Heber Valley Hotel

In 2016 ground was broken in Heber City, Utah for an additional Best Western Plus hotel. Completed October 2017, this property features 82 rooms, an outdoor fire pit, BBQ grills, and an ideal central location.

Careful design was considered to create a lodging experience catered to families, large groups, long-term guests, and corporate travelers at this location. Additional features include a large executive fitness center, galley style breakfast area, 4 station waffle bar, and two story lobby.

Toby’s Bar & Grill

Established in 2024

Toby’s Bar & Grill is located in the SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western in Price, Utah. This Toby Keith inspired dive bar is driven by Keith’s famous lyrics in his well-known song “I Love This Bar”. We welcome all who enter with an all inclusive motto: “Come as you are”. Toby’s features 2 pool tables, custom cocktails, and weekly events. A large outdoor patio featuring fire tables, fire pits, and impressive ambient lighting welcomes live music, social gatherings, and backyard games. There is always something happening at Toby’s Bar & Grill.

Heber Parkway Plaza

Henderson 500 has recently purchased land in the Heber Valley and plans to build 15,000 sqft of luxury commercial medical/office space. This property will feature 4 tenant spaces with large panoramic views of the valley. A large parking lot, 2-story design build, and pristine location off Highway 40 will make this property a wonderful addition to our portfolio.

Best Western Plus Landmark Hotel

Phase 3

Opening November 2024

Henderson 500 has been contracted to develop and manage a 10-unit extended stay addition to the Best Western Plus Landmark Hotel in Ballard, Utah. This addition will feature a corporate apartment style build with full kitchens, large living rooms, 2 private bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, and exterior entrances. This addition will attract long-term guests seeking more privacy and the comforts of home away from home.

This 82 key property is Close to the Royal Gorge Bridge and the best river rafting in Colorado, our Canon City hotel provides a great location and spacious accommodations. Canon City, Colorado is known for its historic railroad route and great outdoors. Our Canon City hotel is the perfect destination for a picnic, hiking, or simply enjoying the surrounding beauty. The local history is deeply rooted in this meeting space and has hosted hundred of group gatherings for decades including weddings, reunions, corporate retreats, conventions, celebrations of life, comedians, banquets, and more.
